A Japanese architectural studio «Apollo Architects and Associates» has created a minimalistic «White Home» habitation. The ultra-modern architecture of this private house aspires to continue primary Japanese traditions, at preservation of beautiful kinds to surrounding landscape.

The Tokyo Streets

The White Home constructed on one of densely populated small streets of Tokyo (Japan), unites the traditional and absolutely unusual elements with an clear exterior and interior, thus forming its unique atmosphere of the Japanese architecture.

The Minimalistic Architectural Style

On the ground floor there is a compact bedroom into the traditional Japanese style, and also a bathroom, wardrobe and a terrace. Despite the location level, this place gives a beautiful panoramic views.

The interiors filled with a natural daylight are traditionally minimalistic, harmless and are intellectual simultaneously. Thus, the definition of intellectuality of an interior means not only degree of filling by hi-tech systems and the equipment, but also quality of the architectural elements.

Japanese architect Akio Nakasa has constructed two houses for one family. They closely adjoin each other and are constructed absolutely nearby, being and a uniform complex and, simultaneously, a combination of elements.

Houses look against each other and surround an internal court yard; visually separate buildings are connected by marks on paths, and also flexible lines of the facade, similar forms and materials.

The project of Japanese design bureau Nendo is an interior of clinic for insane persons which is in Tokyo. All these doors are continuous illusion. Patients and the personnel move on a building through special sections which open in walls. The clinic is called MD.net Clinic Akasaka. Walls and book shelves behind which rooms for consultations and conversations.

From all train of doors opens unique, in the end of a corridor — behind a door the window in an external world is hidden. The clinic specializes on all kinds of mental frustration: here standard consultations of the psychiatrist, corporate consultation are carried out and there is a support to the patients who are coming back after illness to work.

Architectural bureau Kensuke Watanabe Architecture Studio became the author of this project: near to church in the city of Tokorozawa have erected an arch at which top the cross towers.

The construction is called “Cross Tower”, height of a design of 7,8 metres. The tower is made of steel plates by thickness of 28 mm., painted in white colour.

The professional in branch of industrial design, Ross Lovegrove, has created design of these hours for Japanese fashion-brand Issey Miyake.

Hours are called “Hu” — reduced from “human”. The dial is displaced from the central line of design on 25 degrees to the right.
